Specialised Sewing Services

We have a selection of specialised sewing services available. These both emphasise and highlight the quality of the sewing as well as the fit of the garment. Moreover, it adds aesthetic appeal.

General Services

We use a turnkey manufacturing process along with a sound distribution process. We also include specialised services related to design, cutting and sewing. These are outlined in the next section, along with a detailed explanation of how we operate.

Clothing manufacturing includes dividing the overall manufacturing process into three categories: namely cutting, sewing and finishing. The procedure then consists of breaking down the work process further into a reasonable number of sub-operations necessary for producing a particular article of clothing as adapted to industrial clothing manufacturing standards. This is done with the level of equipment available and proper use of this equipment. Furthermore, we remain mindful of the workers' skills and the possible time for performing the operations, whilst at the same time, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

The analysis is performed as the basis for selecting the work methods used when performing operations in the clothing manufacturing process. It is further used to decide which processing equipment will be used. As the selection of suitable equipment depends on the type of operation dictated by sewing stitch type and/or seam type, it is also necessary to be familiar with sewing stitches and seams to make the selection meaningful.

To cope with the short lead time and frequent orders, we strive to improve production processes to deliver finished products within the expected time frame at the lowest production cost. We use the below model to effectively streamline and tailor the sewing process.

Training

Training is at the forefront of our company and we make a point to ensure all our employees are up to standard with their skills and knowledge. As a result, we have a CTFL Seta accredited training facility onsite.

This aids us in always having access to young and vibrant staff, who are trained on the latest technology and are part of our community upliftment programme. We believe in giving back to the community as a form of empowerment.

Many of our graduates, who have gained access to and learnt vital skills, have either come to work for us or gone on to work for other companies.

Due to our training programme and facilities, these employees are in high demand as they have real world manufacturing experience.
